I am an Author of Inspirational Romance Books. I have a series started that takes place on a ranch in Montana. The saga begins with "FOR THE LOVE OF RACHEL." The story continues in "RACHEL'S DAUGHTER." I am working on a third book in the series called, 'FROM THE RANCH...TO THE ISLAND." I plan to have it published in the spring of 2012.
I also have a Children's Fairy Tale Book called,
"PRINCESS KARI & THE GOLDEN HAIRED BOY" based on one of my sons and his family.
Sally, . . is Ok. The idea here is to share about old west stuff. Or about modern day reenactments of Old West stuff. Or things that are in some way related to the old west. Have fun. It is a great site. I visit several times a week and have posted a bunch of photos for other to enjoy. Some are really Old West that I've discovered somewhere. Some of buildings I've built that are in the style of the old west, etc. Wolfgang www.drburkholter.com/cf5.html
Hi Sally...thanks for the warm welcome. We were at Camp Pendleton last night for a celebration. We set up our saloon and did some shooting and arrested the C.O. as he was the reason for the party. What a great and courageous group. They had a good time posing in the saloon and playing cards. We love what we do...love the old west and really enjoy giving others a chance to experience history. Good luck with your books; however I agree they don't look like or sound like they are of the "Old West" gendre.
