WOW.....He really played a scum bag in the movie. I looked at the link that Lynda Gager gave me. Mr Lang sure doesn't look like he did in the movie.....I guess that speaks well for the make up artists. Tombstone is one of my all time favorite movies....thanks to all who answered my queery.

Ya, that's Steven Lang.
Ralph, your community has been through the ringer - with last years tornado and football coach Ed Thomas' death. Hang tough Iowa!

When you watch the end titles you will see that there is even a Wyatt Earp III playing along. He played on the Clanton side...

To Geoff Stevens....ya, our town has been thru the ringer. My wife and I were the lucky ones, as the BIG wind missed us by a block. However, my wife's two sisters weren't so lucky. The youngest one and her husband lost their house, and the oldest sister had siding and shingle damage, but both are back in their rebuilt houses now.
And as far as the Thomas affair is concerned....the kid that did the dirty deed, can look forward to being some hard ass con's 'bitch', when he finally get to the big house.

To Wyatt S. Earp....So are you the Earp that was in the movie?? Very seldom do I take the time to look at the credits, unless I can't think of the name of a particular actor. I'd be interested to know how far down the line, you are from your famous relatives.
As I recall, from some thing I've read about the Earps, they, at one time lived in Iowa. I live in the NE part of Iowa.
A number of years ago, our son was living in Tucson, AZ. We went out for a visit and went to Tombstone. Quite a place to see.

It was Stephen Lang. If you like his acting, you can catch him as a U.S. Marshal named Charles Winstead in Johnny Depp's new gangster film, Public Enemies. Great movie, and Lang, as usual, does a first-class job.

Whoa - my error - Winstead was FBI, not USM.
