Got up this morning at six and drove to the Earp, California post office so I could mail some "66 Kid" postcards with the Earp postmark. Several people on my mailing list are going to be very surprised.

"The mailing has commenced. Either get to telling me how much you want a postcard with an Earp postmark, or get away from me."

Not much to Earp, huh? The irony of ironies is that Terry Ike Clanton owns Wyatt and Sadie's little house there.

Anthony, get out of town!? I don't think Terry has ever told me that. That is news worthy. Thanks.

Revenge is a dish best served cold!!

I have no idea where the quote about revenge actually originated:  I always associate it with Ricardo Montalban in one of his best movie roles--"Star Trek II:  The Wrath of Khan."

I have this awesome Postcard, but the best part is that it's personally signed by the one and only Bob Boze Bell -and the best thing is that I'm getting his 66 Kid Book as well!!!!

Howdy Margaret Anne!!

Although the Mafia is given credit for that quotation, it was originally said by Pierre Ambroise Francois Choderios de LaClos in his book, Les Liasons Dangereuses.

Had a Vendetta against me in the service.  This full bird Colonel wanted a piece of me on a platter served up.  Instead, I left him to himself to ponder !!  I heard he was furious. I hope, to this day, that he suffers deeply for his VENDETTA !!!
