The obit for Ted Yeatman is online now and we all can finally see what he looks like. Ted appeared on a C-SPAN book piece around the time of his book on Jesse being published, and the reporter, Fred Rasmussen, or, someone at the Baltimore Sun snagged it.

In the old days, I would have heard about the obit for Ted several weeks after the fact, but by the time I heard about it I would never find the newspaper article and if I didn't see the actual broadcast on C-SPAN, it would be gone forever. With all the negative talk about "brain suck" and the horrors of the new technology, you can count this one on the side of goodness.

Comment by Gay Mathis on November 10, 2009 at 11:04am - If you go to this link for "Booknotes" on C-Span, click on this part "Watch Program" in the options menu (right side of page) on the link above "Booknotes", you can see Ted on the show..You have to have "RealPlayer" for video etc.. (free download, if you do not) for it to work..
