The 2010 Source Book was approved this morning and now it will be printed. We are celebrating tomorrow by having Subway sandwiches courtesy of our fearless leader, BBB. I think everyone here is very glad to see it go out the door. So party time for lunch! Plus who can refuse a free lunch?!

We are now working on the Jan/Feb 2010 issue. It's weird to be writing/typing 2010. I've caught myself labeling folders 2009. We're already finished with that year. Onward and upward we go!

On one of BBB's latest blog entries he talks about going for Mexican food. My question is, is he eating correctly? We don't want another episode. True West isn't the same without him.

Ya'll might want to contact a dietition and find out what is recommended for one who has survived a heart attack. With that information then you can suggest to him better dietary control. I'm sure most foods are acceptable in proper amounts, as long as one doesn't overdo it. Heres to you BBB a long and healthy life.

Cut out the salt! No fat, hydorgenated fat..anything that is solid will solidify in your body...keep the cholesterol under control if that is a problem...this I know because my husband had a heart attack...so...I don't think Mexican food is a very good idea...and exercise!
Are we gonna have to gang up on BBB?

Have everyone go for a walk with him after lunch. Make sure he gets in those 10,000 steps a day!

Abby, I am eating very correctly. For example, at Guadalajara last Sunday I had the chicken soup with vegetables while my kids and wife ate mole and beans and all the stuff I love but can't really eat anymore.
