I have too, and an e-mail but I couldnt open any of it ... made me think it was because I had blocked them, but I have only blocked one person ???? ... and if thats the case I may know who it is, but I will hold my peace .. !!

Mao Diaz was a spammer. Every member received the same message. Her account was deleted by the moderators, that's why the messages dissappeared, unfortunately the alerts don't get removed. There has been a few spammers on the site, thankfully the moderators seem to be on the ball and are removing them pretty quick.

There'll probably be others trying to clog up this great site with their crap, so unfortunately we'll still get this confusion of missing messages.
