Maybe things are looking up for the western, again, in spite of the lackluster performance of Cowboys & Aliens. This is the second western series announced this week.

I thought this would be fun a fun post to write, but it took 4 days to finish it.

I decided to analyze this, with deep concern over whether or not the western genre has anything to do with the film's unexpected, unenthusiastic response from the public. The pic involves two genre's, western and sci-fi, and while I "hope" the public don't blame the western genre, I know Hollywood will due to sci-fi's great track record. :(
