Award-Winning artist Martin Bettin is a noted Artist and signature member of the Sierra Pastel Society. Martin's love of horses comes from the neighborhood he grew up in New York City. As a kid he use to watch the horses deliver milk, ice and fresh vegetables to all his neighbors.
