"Wishful thinking. He doesn't look like BTK, and his clothing and hairdo look like they're from the Civil War period. At that time, BTK was a baby (BTB) and might have worn Billy the Kid jammies. :)"

"This photo was autheniticated by a person who worked for the Smithsonian Institution.  It costed $15,000 dollars.  When you authenitcate a baseball card it costs about $100 dollars, and sometimes dealers do it twice and sell items for $500…"

photos of Billy the Kid

One of my passions is an ongoing search for a photo other than the Dedrick tintype that could be Billy the Kid . There are some folks out there who post on some of the BTK forums who have stumbled over tintypes that they swear up and down must be Billy the kid...however what I believe these well intended people have are some nifty ol tintypes of young men who had their tintype made in probably the same era as Billy's and have some similarities in the facial features..............my contention… Continue
