I hope im in the right forum, if not i apologize....im trying to find information pertaining to the beer tap towers and taps of the late 1880s to 1899...im building a western theme room with a full size 1800s bar. I cannot find any information or pictures showing a beer tower and tap from that era. If anybody has any info, or pictures, or who knows who manufactured the brass beer towers it would be greatly appreciated, if im correct they were made out of brass at that time....See More

"Charley is right as regarding private lands, in ost states, but one should check state laws. Also, one should be aware if they are on public land or private.   So, if you are interested in buying old Indian relics, it is in your best interest…"

"I think the legality of collecting stone artifacts depends on the state.  Here in Texas, if you own your land, you own everything on it, including any relics that may be on it. It's illegal here to collect artifacts from state or federal…"
