Howdy Malpaso...my biggest part was Running from train car to train car for Bob Younger {Bobby Carradine}...that train is great, except the cars are very old...and the roofs very weak...falling through though would have made a great out-take...
Well, What a small world! We were stationed in Mildenhall and Lakenheath! I have been to Ely...Bury St. Edmunds...other spots I recall were Great Yarmouth, Clackton on sea. I think Britain is where my obsession for history started! I recall the British museum..and all that armor! Loved it...used to make my friends dig in the schoolyard for roman coins! LOL
Well, Thank you for your kind words, Terry. I spent many of my young years in the U.K. and still consider it my other homeland. Air Force brat stationed in East Anglia..loved it. Would love to come back over for a visit someday...

You know Terry; cookin' in a Dutch oven is a dyin' art-form. Up at the Rimrock Ranch, just west of Cody, Glen Fales' wife teaches it to ALL her trail-cooks. I have (personally) yet to use one, but I have et many a prime bisquit cooked in one. They do one hellacious stew as well! Takes alot of patience( like bakin' in a tin pack-stove) but Mrs. Fales knew the secrets, and then some!
Terry,
In 2001 I was the Executive Director for Pioneer Village. I volunteered for the position for one year as they were in a finacial "fix" and couldn't afford to pay one. I managed to get them back in the black financially and had a great time doing it. However, I don't recall the gentleman you mentioned. We had several period military characters but I can't place him.
