Till today, I hadn't checked on anything much on my computer. Mainly because my family & I were consumed with cleaning out a house of too much stuff! Since Dad's departing, having to begin to work through all the things we have to do, then begin to make decisions to help his mother, continues to be hard. In fact, unfortunately one thing i battle w/when I am grieving is getting sick to my stomach. It isn't unusual, because I know others have had the same response.

I cannot thank you all enough for writing to me and sharing this burden with me. I am always amazed at the fact that those who are closer to you are usually not "biological" family but some times people I have never met. There is a verse in the Bible in the BOOK OF PROVERBS and it says : "A friend sticks closer than a brother."

My deepest gratitude to those who sent such words of comfort, they will be reminders of that and more in the days ahead.
