The West's Softer Side

The True West is also defined by the 'Fairer Sex'. The Metropolitan Museum of Art is opening an incredible exhibit titled: "American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity". Click on the link and take a look at the fashions our grandmothers and great-grandmothers endured to satisfy society's whims and social norms.

Make sure you take note to appreciate their progression so we could be the 'women of today'.…

Hiya Karin, the blonde bombshell! Hope all is well and good in life. Sorry we didn't get a chance to see each other last visit but you were covered in paint most of the time I would imagine!

Thanks for your comments. My orig. question in REEL WEST was to request names of 10 or 15 west movies that told the "history of the West from 1800-1900"...not just "favorites" or "most authentic"...and I asked that everyone at least name 10...and a TV "movie" is ok. I have a particular like for CENTENNIAL. Rent and see that mini series. Lots of girl stuff.

I see there is a new occupant at your Tombstone house. The past few days, there has been a HUGE black cat lounging on the front porch.

Good day dear lady, who was that bounder & cad playing pattie fingers with that grieving widow. He needs horsewippinp or even pistolwipping, then given a suspended sentence from the nearest tree. You are looking as gorgeous as ever great photo's. Your obedient servant.
