Even though it appears nothing is there, if you look closely at the ground, you may find some old west trash. In some of these places I've seen barrel rings, broken plates and bottles, marbles. When the inhabitants left, their litter didn't.

I am an Old West entertainer. Yeah, one of those guys you see at events doing shootouts for audiences. My interest in the era is genuine and has been for many years. The folks that join me in this fun are also dedicated to authenticity and bringing education of the Old West to our audiences. My wife, Rita, attends many of the events. On occasion, she participates in the skits and costume competitions.
I am also a SASS member, but found reenacting to be more up my alley. Sure, I like shooting live ammo a whole bunch, but nothing quite gives me the feel of being in the Old West like doing stunt shows or living history.
