Thanks for your welcome to the group. I am very interested in western history and hope to get back to writing in the near future. At the moment I have a relative who is seriously ill, and a lot of things have been put on hold. I especially like western history where it is connected with events and people from the Civil War era. I live near Shiloh where one of the major battles of the war was fought. A lot of the guys who became well known gunmen in the following decades left a big footprint in my area.
WOULD LIKE THE SHOWS I AM SURE BUT THE TRIP UP MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE. I AM HOPING YOUR MOTHER WILL COME DOWN AS SOON AS THIS FLU SCARE IS OVER. THINGS ARE ALL FINE HERE AS FAR AS WE KNOW. HAVE NOT HEARD OF EVEN ONE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN SICK.
Thanks Tex, its funny but I look at your sepia toned photo and thought boy that guy looks like he should be a story in t.w. mag. I always thought that you Texas brushpoppers always looked good no matter what ya'll wear. Guess its born in ya.

Good to hear from you,

Sorry I didn't see your welcome sooner. What do you do in education?
