Here is a favorite for open flame grilling.
We use this to feed the hands at work.
You may substitute your preference for bourbon but Jack does a great job
for a tastey glaze.

The attached is the makins for a great pot of chile.
It is also good as a rub and seasoning for most anything you can put fire to.
I usually triple the recipe and keep the extra in a shaker for general cook house use.
