Howdy Tucson, thanks for your comments, as to the wagon, It was built from scratch by a chap in our group (wyoming wild bunch) with a help from some friends, the wheels were made by a wheelwright for the wagon, it is in full working order and can have up to four horse or mules attached.
Thanks for the friends add!...I see you're in Riverside...my old stomping grounds..basically grew up, went to college and was a police officer there :)
Cheers!

Hello Tucson and I apologize profusely for not replying sooner....haven't been on the board for quite a while. Thank you for posting and nice to meet you!
The parade committee is still meeting and deciding on what they need and who in the community is volunteering. They are trying to fit in a historical timeline for a period of San Bernardino's history...right now it appears as if areas are covered, however, things are always changing at the meetings...Our next meeting is in September and I can update you after that :)
The city of Hesperia, CA is having their Hesperia Days Sept 18-20th with the parade being on Saturday Sept 19th at 9am. If your group is interested (not sure if you are CA local or not) the info # is 760-956-2361. It's a small to medium event....but it's fun to get out there and get exposed to the crowds and local media. Thanks again and I will update you after my next meeting. Cheers! Rebecca
Hi Tucson, I wish I could say that I did those pictures, but no...they are artists that I have found online and just love....I need to make sure I have them titled and give credit to the artists...thanks for your comment...
