Arizona Volunteers - Company "E" 1865 - 1867 Tubac & Forward

Sure would like to see a story for those brave men in Company "E" of the Arizona Volunteers who,

according to record, fought and dismantled the Apaches, to some degree, with General George Crook.

Yes, there is a personal reason, it seems as though one of the Members of "E" company was family. I

know that True West did a story years back, but what about an update ?   All thoughts and comments

are welcome !    Andres, for you…

Chuck, the link I've provided should open as a pdf file. I copied the article and posted it as an attachment. It opens for me ok. If you can't open it, let me have your email and I'll send the article to you.

Thanks Chuck. He's a one-of-a-kind. He stands 17 hands tall, weighs 1365 lbs., has a very mellow personality, and, of all tha, he's a quick learner.  I'm pretty proud of Ol' Concho and feel fortunate to have him. My wife took the phoot last Sunday at the SASS End of Trail event in New Mexico. He did a bow at the end of each of the three performances we did every day for three days.
