"Jonathan we used to come over to the continent a lot with the napoleonic re-enactment I used to do, so both me and my wife Dawn have been talking about doing some western events over there some time in the future"
WoW! That is interesting your location! I talk and often to a lady in Reading, UK about the Dalton gang.
I live here in Fort Smith, AR were the Daltons were marshals and love to do research on them. I am very intereted in Grat Dalton.
So how did you and your group get interested in American Wild West histroy? I know that lady that I talk to all of the time has done 30 years of research on Emmett Dalton and I have learned a lot on him through her. I send her photos and documents a lot from the Fort Smith National Historic Site where the Daltons lived and worked. She told me that she watched a movie with the character of Emmett in it and then she seen a photo of him and got very interested in knowing more about him and it just took off from there.
Oh, by the way one of the photo that you have looks like it has Randy Travis in it? I got to see him in Forr Smith a number of years ago at our college in concert. Is that who that is or just someone that looks extremely like him?
