Thanks for the Fprt Bowie picts. That is one place i definitely wish to visit when i make a trip to the southwest. If you have any recent of the fort remains, i would love to see those too.

TOM:

           Do not come here in the summer and that's May thru October...the trail is easy if the horses and their dung isn't dropped everywhere.  On-line has better photos than I on the actual remains of the Fort.  Be prepared to hike about 1.5 - 2 miles off the trail head to the remains of the old Fort. Also, no matter the time, take water - have a good time !
