Possible Sheriff Wm. Brady
I like this picture and it is one of the first that I found. When matching it to newly discovered pictures of Brady this looks good. One can see his Masonic emblem handing from his belt.

Of course this image should be within the Dolan Men album, but here he is with the Regulators. Sorry.
