Lady Godiva

My remake of Maureen O'Hara's Lady Godiva
Hollywood's depiction of the Lady Godiva legend. Maureen O'Hara does it.
She rides naked on a horse thru the town ... but with unusually long hair ...
The reason for the ride is that she had actually done it on a dare to force her husband to ease the tax burden on the people, and she succeeded in that.

Can we look at this without having our eyes burnt out?

Good One Bobbi Jeen.

The ride is one story that keeps popping up in my family history, I guess because someone in the family made the connection that someone in my family history was living in Coventry at the time that the ride was made. Supposedly villagers were told that they would be punished if they looked at the naked Godiva while she passed through the streets. And someone named Tom stole a glance, giving birth to the phrase Peeping Tom.

I don't know if the original "Peeping Tom" was related or not but for history sake I'm willing to re-enact the moment.
