the ears are reminiscent of the gabacho image, but more importantly my computer finds no mismatch when contrasted to the unknown seated 'tanned' billy,

this is certainly the sly mouth of btk and even a view of the buckteeth, framed by round parenthetical jowls as in the tintype.

helps we know who the other boy supposedly is for some background...

ok how much for it here and now on ebay? lol

I got this photo from Elbert Garcia. I believe this really is Billy. It all fits. I posted several photos that are purported to be Billy but not many of them fit the bill like this one does in my opinion.
