William "Butch" Wagner

This man is my great-great grandfather. He lived from October 31, 1962 to Feb 2, 1930. Over the course of his life he himself was a criminal that was an expert in the usage of TNT, and abandoned his family in to go abroad in South America (according to my grand-father's siblings), When he was young he worked for H.P. Phillips in Oregon alongside his older Waford for the railroad 1880.
