If you're too busy or tired or lazy, or too drunk to join a group, then I have the group for you. The True West International Retired Procrastinators Society or TWIRPS for short. We can discuss many old west topics or we can take a nap.

Think I'll Quit This Group Yesterday 1 Reply

Been thinking about starting a new discussion, might post it today, maybe not. On second thought, who really wants to read this drivel anyway? Well I’ll think about posting something, maybe yesterday…Continue

Times A Wastin'

Just remembered I forgot to mow and fertilize for the last time this fall. -(OK- maybe I put it off a few times)- Now I suppose I will spend all day, one of these days, scooping the snow off the yard…Continue

I knew that necklace my wife gave me was for something.  Now I think it's one of those "I've fallen & can't get up" life alert things.  I think for a time she thought I was dead but left me on the front porch to scare away the neighbors.

Now she's afraid I'm not dead, but still look like this.

I know she changed the locks on me, but I think I can figure out how these work.

Now that we know Mundo is still alive, and has gotten up at last, we can continue this conversation - or not......

Some of your photos won't show up here because they aren't on a server anywhere. Ya need to get a Photobucket account, upload them there, then link them back here or they'll get lost in that there netherworld called cyberspace. Gotta love those old photos, we just don't want to lose them.

At some point I slipped from being laid-back into a plain lazy SOB.

Know that feeling Mundo,  It must be in the south thing.  I think ill just sit here and wait for the economical collapse.  That way i wouldn't loose so much.

I am so far behind in what I would like to do and hope to do that it is laughable.  I have a very hectic schedule and am not getting old--I am old!  By the way, thanks for having me and thanks for Kid Kileen and his borracho horse!  And, did I see a Marx in the Dalton Brothers photo?

I just found out that the rider on the borracho horse was named Kid Shelleen instead of what I called him previously.  I also like the picture of the inebriated cowboy with his designated driver--who thinks of them as dumb animals!!!

I kept putting off joining this. Don't know why. Does the fact that I quit procrastinating automatically cancel my membership? I also wasn't "too busy or tired or lazy," however, I did have one bloody Mary this morning and it sort of messed me up. And that's what happens now that I'm old enough to be the "retired" part of this group's description. (My party animal's been sent to a no-kill shelter.)
