It is an honor granted me to join your campfire.  Keep the coffee hot and plentiful.  I promise to keep the rattlers here in the territories.

Can I join tomorrow instead? I'm staring at a book that I've been thinking of not reading.

Thanks for inviting me, I figure I might as well since I'm procrastinating in doing any chores I should be doing right now. (cleaning and doing laundry)

I would like to share a little story with you all that make me smile every time i hear it. I have been reenacting for a great many years and have doned various uniforms and kit, i only tell you this so as to set the scene.  My daughter was driving with my two grandchildren in the back of the car aged 5 & 7 and passing a building site casualy mentioned out loud, thats what grandad used to do before he retired.  Whereupon my granduaghter said WHAT!!!!! i thought he used to be a cowboy, and my granson said yes, but thats after he was a pirate.  I then had to relate all my adventures on the seven seas and the range when they got back home. Arnt kids jus great.
