I think it's a great idea to combine two concepts; SASS with the performing arts. Can't wait to see where it'll take us.

I agree...with over 85,000 SASS members, all folks that are eager to Preserve our Western Heritage...when I was approached to take over the reigns, well, I didn't need to be asked twice...The WWPAS members will breath some new life into SASS also. Heck, now these shooters can do more than shoot a gun...Spin Away!...Are you a SASS member?...if ya are, you are automatically a WWPAS member....and if your answer is no...then ya need to be!....Dr Buck
I am a SASS member. I also am a member of the Deguello Gunslingers in Yuma, az. We are headquartered at the Yuma Territorial Prison. I met you several times. Once in Yuma last January, and then I have saw you again at the Festival of the West last March (I've been to a couple of them). I have also been to (2) of your "Wild West Festivals" and briefly spoke with you at those times. I was friend to Whitey Hughes, who graciously gave me some pointers on falling when I got shot a time ot two. Anyway, I'm glad to be a small part of WWPAS. It's a privelege. Seems like there are fewer and fewer folks interested in preserving our Western Heritage. I got hooked a few years ago. And the more I get involved, the more I learn.
Bo...I'm pretty sure that your old number and alias will still be available...a quick call to SASS at
1 877 411-SASS will answer your question for sure though...make sure you tell them that you are re-newing your membership because of WWPAS...and I'm told you will qualify for the $10 discount!...Adios for now, Dr Buck
