Many of us have encountered things we can't explain at historic sites. This group is a forum for us to talk about those unexpected site effects of researching history. Warning: This group is not for the faint of heart.

Jason...what an awesome house you grew up in!...wish I could see it! I have seen the same type of floating green ball, only it was in a modern house where a death had occurred...the hair raised up so hard on the back of my neck and shoulders...couldn't move like I was full of solid lead. Great story you shared!

Note the Orb. This picture was taken inside the hotel at Old Tucson Studios.

The photos are cool...and I ended up enhancing them later kind of artsy with different settings like crackle metal, etc...since I couldn't use them because they weren't clear...I don't have much luck in indoor arenas with even high quality digital cameras...lol...I know the show photographers are the experts.

Oh my gosh...the first time I saw the show I think it was called Ghostly Encounters..watched it on a big screen HD..wow did it give me a good jolt and goosebumps!...the guys doing the investigation were a little high strung...and they locked themselves inside the hotel..kind of dumb really because what if one of them got hurt...but they may have been trying to prevent anyone from coming in during the investigation...but they did catch that really good clip of a brick being lifted and thrown upwards at an angle. I haven't done a websearch to see if it happens to be back up on the internet.

I'd like to see that video about the Goldfield Hotel! I wanted to add that the horse picture I took at the Stockyards was in an outdoor arena. It was outside as the riders came out through the back door after the inside rodeo. Neither my friend, Diana, nor I saw the rider in front of me physically or could find him in the arena. He appeared in several photos in different places, all transparent and all without the horse having feet. I still don't understand it, but it does make an interesting picture!
