Excellent pictures. I'm shut down right now with an eye problem, but once I'm back out on the road again I'll have to get some from the Peace Country and post them.

They won't be as old as these, of course, since the first farm in the Peace was in Pouce Coupe in 1900. However, there's some great trapper cabins from much earlier and I've seen a herd of buffalo that constituted over 500. All woodlands buffalo, of course since the larger Plains variety is extinct.
