Peter Sherayko was Texas Jack Vermillion in Tombstone.  He also supplied most of the guns in the movie.

'Texas Jack' was actually from Maryland.  He was called 'Texas Jack' because he preferred Texas-bred horses.

The firearms consultant for Tombstone was Lee Silva.  The 3 'Buntline Specials' were custom-made by Colt to Lee's specifications.  They had 4-screw 'black powder' frames & 10" bbls, which is what Lee's extensive research into the Buntline has convinced him was the actual bbl length of the original.
