Three brothers named Earp and their buddy Doc Holliday went down the street to an alley behind the OK Corral in Tombstone, AZ, to disarm the Clantons and McLaurys.
Some shooting resulted, took 30 seconds, and a short while later, a court of inquiry determined that they acted with justification, and no crime had been committed.
Those 30 seconds have echoed loudly throughout history ever since.
